This isn't Native American. It's a Chimayo weaving, from the area around Chimayo, New Mexico.

There is no tribal affiliation. The weavers are all descendants of the early Spanish settlers in the area. Chimayo weaving is considered part of the Spanish Colonial Art heritage of Northern New Mexico. Many of the families have been in the area since the 1700s, and have a history of 8 or more generations of weavers.

Unlike Native American weaving, Chimayo weaving is done on large European floor looms, producing rugs, blankets, vests, coats, and jackets. Trujillo's Centinela Traditional Arts, and Ortega's Weaving Shop are the best known. Chimayo weaving was also marketed for years through the Fred Harvey Company, under the brand name El Grandee.
