Some vintage sterling silver items that are very collectible. Picked these out of an antique shop believe or not, they were priced way below market value. It was a good picking day!

what a great find.
Thanks officialfuel and cis2you.
THE SECOND PIC IS ONE LIKE I WAS GIVEN--ANY INFO I MIGHT GET FROM YOU AS TO VALUE? MAY HAVE THE SALT AND PEPPERS ALSO--
I just grabbed the candelabra as well from private sale. Do you have any specifics on the item? Is is pure sterling silver? Im having trouble getting to the bottom of it. If you know anything; silver content, value, that would be huge help.
Thanks,
Hello Tim, these candelabra's are weighted, which means they have wax and lead in the bases and through out. The large candelabra I have listed has 2 to 3 ounces of sterling in it, now some of the early candelabra's from around the turn of the century have a lot more sterling in them. Hope this helps.
I already scrap the Duchin candelabra's and yes there was some lead in the larger one, this was the first time I had ever seen that. I was a little disapointed in the total weight. I broke even on what I paid for them. You win some and you lose some.
A few weeks ago I bought a box of sterling silver at a garage sale for $25 which scrapped out to be $400, it's great finding deals like that!
I have a set of s and p shakers like the ones in the photo above. What are they worth?
