I just bought this vinyl furniture at Goodwill and was wondering if someone could tell me more about it. The chair looks all original but the couch (which is in fact a sofa bed - the bed part is 6 feet long, with the arms the couch is 7 feet long), was professionally reupholstered. The design on the back of the couch is the original (inside of the design still has the original vinyl - same as the chair) so it was cut out from the original vinyl and sewed back on the new vinyl.
Both pieces are in near-mint condition. Any idea of the value, age, etc?

My grandparents had that same set, we have pictures of our mom holding up as babies on the saddle of the couch. I remember them when I was 5 and it was 1977, so they are probably late 60's, I have no idea on the value, but my boyfriends aunt from watford nd got rid of the set in the old trailer house that they had and I think she just gave them away
