This Warwick pitcher has been in my family as long as I can remember. My grand parents had it in a cabinet and when ever we would go over there I would sit and stare at this Indian picture. it is right at 13 inches tall and has a 6 inch base. It is a family heirloom that I recently obtained. My family are all back east and I am in in Idaho. I recently went home for a vacation and had this piece mailed to my self. It was bubble wrapped and inside of a box which was also wrapped in bubble wrap and put inside of another box with some other stuff and yes, more bubble wrap. I then insured it for $1000.00 and had it sent priority mail 2 day delivery. to shorten the story 6 days later I received what is in the last photo, 38 pieces plus chips. I cannot find anything with this particular Indian on it. I need to get any information that is available. Or better yet find one for sale. The USPS wants me to get it appraised but that cant be done. For them to honor my claim I have to establish its value. Has anyone seen this picture on any other Warwick items?
The portrait shows no "Indian" features as is common in their portraits being done by almost all non-Indian artists.
This looks like your indian....
