Metal: handle slides pushing or pulling the wings.
Think that this might be a tire spreader but I have not found anything like it.

How big is this?
Roughly 24" long with handle extended - maybe 12" to 14" wide as seen in picture.
Looks kinda like a slide for a drafters table or millwights angle tool.
