Picked this up at an Antique Store in New Orleans.. I cleaned up the lighter but left the holders as is. Lighter is functional, the green orbs are plastic. I'm not sure what metal these are made out of, I think maybe a brass finish over nickel? Not sure. Any one have an idea of what exactly I have and possibly it's time period, value, etc?
