My Great Grandmothers Mantel Clock ( French)

This was my Great Grandmothers Mantel Clock, I have little information ,it is a double chimer , but melodic circa early 1930's , sadly the face was changed by a well meaning friend, it is being repaired at the moment the chimes stared grating and shuddering,rather costly, but I miss hearing it . I also have another English single chime, that was presented to my Grandfather in 1933 on the 27th July for services rendered to the Waterboard. Probably a bit of overkill 2 chiming clocks in a home but I set them a minute apart .!!!
