Hello CAD1949. While I've never seen these specifically I was instantly able to recognize what it is. It's a POG card. An extremely unusual game fad for kids in the 90s. The caps or pogs would be stacked up on the slam board and hit with a slammer (Usually heavy plastic or metal). All the pogs will fly around and those that land face up are taken by that person. Then the pogs that are face down are restacked and the next player hits it with the slammer. Whoever has the most pogs when the stack is done is the winner.

So I think the best place to list it is under paper and games. That's basically all it is. It's a good example of popular culture in the mid 90s.

Pogs were extremely popular from about 1990-1995 at which point their popularity faded very very quickly. Judging by the fact that this is a fad collector item for O.J. It would most likely have been made in 94-96. This would make it being released during the trial or shortly after. My guess is it was around the time before the verdict was released, while everyone was captivated by the trial. Most likely at some point in 1995. Considering that after the trial both pogs and O.J's popularity quickly faded.

Hope I was able to help.
