The iridescence is a bit rubbed here and there but not too badly. Bright blue when held up to the light, it is one of those which you really wonder how it's going to look in the sun once Spring returns (so far off!).
I like Autumn, but as the colours in the garden start to get drab, I think I can liven them up inside.
14.5cm high x 12.5cm across the base.

This is a nice one, Ian! The blue and mica always catch my eye. I used to have some dark blue hyacinth vases on a window sill so the light could shine through them; maybe you could try doing the same with some dark but colorful glass? Even if not in direct sunlight, I bet they'd still be backlit somewhat.
