Hello CW friends!!
I've had this one for a little while. It's a leather covered jewelry box. I've been told that it's Italian made. I love the beautiful gold crest on the top and all the ornate trim. I wish I knew what the gold crest repsresents. I know nothing else about it, in regards to it's age, who the maker is or the what the crest represents. But, I've always loved it and keep it on display with my other items. It's still in pretty fair condition.
It measures 13" long, 5" tall and 6" front to back.

The crest may not have any particular meaning in this case. They were a popular decorative element in 1940s and then in 1970s.
