this is weird ...i bought this a while back and just stored it away..so i decided to go through alot of my finds and hang this up on my wall..I notice some pictures like this online that were considered some of the great chinese artist does anyone know how to read the lettering on this picture heard it could be quite valuable..I know some of you out there are experts on this stuff
Lovely piece should all ways bee display
Nice pice, don't recognise the signature, but directly below the signature is the red seal of the artist, the other red seal marks are signs of appreciation for the work made by other artists or sometimes by someone high up in the social structure, you can investigate who painted it by online research, bu I would first suggest that you check it out to see if it's real, is it painted on handmade paper or silk or is it a print, worth checking out as it could be worth something, cheers, Peter
The painting should be a part-reproduction from the original. See the following webpage for details.

And I think the original is at Freer Gallery of Art in Washington, D.C.
Awesome picture and cool collection. I work for History Channel's new show Collector's Cafe and we're actually looking for people who want to know what a collectible item is or if it's worth anything. I'd love to hear about your collection and see if that was something you were interested in finding out. Feel free to email me cburzynski@thinkfactorymedia.com. Thanks!
