Other than the fact that this lamp was purchased in the 1960's I really have no idea about its origin or uniqueness. Is this a common lamp from the time, or is it unique in some way? I cannot find anything like it when I search internet sites. The other two sides of the base are of a cherub and fruit.
Unfortunately there were quite a few lamps like yours that were manufactured during the 1960's and most had tags that were either removed or over time fell off. eBay might have one on there for sale that you could get information from.
