This unusual Rindskopf design is very colorful, and a lot of tooling and work went into its manufacture. The vase stands about 9" tall and is approximately 4" in diameter. The brick red base glass has colorful feathers pulled up from the bottom toward the rim. The shape has been pinched and twisted, and the lip has been folded to form three lobes, which are flame polished. The base features a polished pontil and the survfce has a vividly colorful metallic iridescence. c. Pre WWI.
