Another fairly rare find is the 'Chain With Star' pattern by Bryce, Walker & Co. This is fairly lightweight glass with a plain stem and scalloped gallery.

    MFG: Bryce, Walker and Company

Is the glass molded as one piece, or is the stem added on to the platter? I've always wondered that on these.

thank you SpiritBear : ) EAPG stands were most often molded in 2 pieces, nad the plate and stem were joined using a glass wafer that was heated to join the glass while still hot.
