Here are two examples of the Rindskopf marbled décor in red, white, and tan swirled cased glass. The large example is 12.5" tall by 6" in diameter, and the little sister is 6" tall and 3" in diameter. The bowl shaped base narrows into a tall column, and the glass blower gave each a sharp twist. The bases have no pontil marks and the rims are ground flat. The surface has a metallic iridescence. c. 1900-1920. It is fun to collect Rindskopf in the same décor and shape, but different sizes!
Appreciate it Artfoot & Ivonne!
I love seeing these in different sizes together - great photos of them, too! These are wonderful examples, Bob.
