This Howard Miller clock was found in a thrift store. It spent a very short time in a home that didn't take proper care of it. With just less than a five dollar part, it now sits on my dresser ticking and chiming with a pleasing sound.
I have this same clock posted. I bought it new for my wife on our 20th about 10 years ago. I think I paid around $400.00 http://www.collectorsweekly.com/assets/stories/tCpBjNWU.vWm5saEQNonbQ.jpg
I found mine at a thrift store for $50.00.all it needed was a new suspension spring.
This one was my thrift store find. It's another Howard Miller 612-436 Thomas Tompion http://www.collectorsweekly.com/assets/stories/rIrXp8cAXRpQhs-Jj6mCaQ.jpg
