Just a little sparkle from our clone bins...Still have the 'Mod' years to go, so I thought I'd toss a couple up before sign'n off....I encourage all to check out a great talent on a site called, 'Something about the boy' a Ken Doll collection. It's truly amazing. A fashion photographer has posted one of the most complete collections of Ken & friends from the beginning on through the 80's including all variations, dolls, and clone, mail order, Christmas catalogue editions, just about everything you could possibly think of or want in a reference site. He is my idol! What an amazing source! His photos are incredible! So, enjoy!
Oohhh no! Where are all your marvelous posts, why would you quit?
This one is as amazing as others were :-D
Ohhh, I'm sorry! The collection is leaving me....sniff. I'm having to sell it due to a lack of room & need of resources for this old farm renovation. I wasn't sure if it was fair to leave up posts for a collection (or at least parts) that were currently up for sale. I didn't want to appear as if I were using the site for personal promotion of goods. Including those parts that have just been sold. I try to only post pics of the collection still in my personal possession only and not listed anywhere for sale or that now belong to anyone else. After having 'upset' so many with my 'artistic' expressions, lol, I'm trying to be extra sensitive to 'community rules'. :)
I wish Collector's Weekly had a marketplace area!
They look fierce! Like Charlie's Angels. I had the Brunette in the blue dress! (Not the dress, though!)
The center girl reminds me of Posh Spice!
That's too funny!
Your amazing collection gave us all enjoyment and you are right if they are for sale they have to come down :-( I imagine it is hard for you to see them go . I have loved all your posts .
Thanks Manikin. Yes, I felt it unfair to let them stand even on this site if selling them. I'm posting others that can stay up until I list those. I too wish there was at least a link to a marketplace for all the amazing collections shown here...but then again, I'm almost glad there isn't. For I'd be broke tomorrow & the poor farm would continue to go unrefurbished! lol
I think we all would be broke on this site so many marvelous collections it would be hard to not buy half of the site :-) In mean time keep posting the one's you still have and hope you have kept a catalog of your amazing collection and awesome photography .
