      She is a take off of the "Trudy 3 face doll' created by Elsie Gilbert by the "Three in One Doll Co" in around mid 1940's to late 40's . Many companies copied her idea with the 3 faces and if unmarked would be difficult to tell who made yours . She dates 1950's .
