Mid-century bib necklace and cuff bracelet from India

My Great-Aunt went to live in India in 1945. This is some of the jewellery she brought back for my Mum. It's a heavy silver coloured bib necklace which can be worn at two different lengths, and a matching cuff bracelet with a push-pin clasp.

I don't know what metal they are made of - they've been sitting in a box for years and never tarnished. They're not magnetic.

The bracelet weighs 52g and is 7" long. The necklace is 98g and can be worn as 17" or 20" long.

Interestingly, the bracelet is decorated with hearts, clubs and spades (no diamonds!), but the necklace is decorated with only hearts.
