Well...What's This? Thrift Shop Find 2 Euro ($2.18)

After leaving Geri's shop this morning (yes, I got jewelry!), I went over to poke around in a nearby local thrift shop. I've found some really nice things there in the past, as they always have tons of stuff from house clearances. This necklace was lying on a table with a few other things. I saw the name and decided to take a punt.
The tag says Jutta Reissig Hamburg. That brand of 1970s jewelry is very rare and very expensive. This piece looks somewhat peculiar to me. I think the acrylic heart is missing a jewel or something....
It is made of rubber, acrylic and rhinestones. I didn't find this one on the web. I wonder if it might be a belt.....for someone with a waist like Twiggy, lol!
