    Looking for age of E.C. Simmons Keen Kutter Cutlery and Tools, made in USA #K100. Inscription on the back says: "This saw is made of specially tempered highest grade crucible steel ground thin on the back for quality and finish. It has no equal." Signed by E.C. Simmons

    Saw is approximately 66" long, 12" at the handle, and 5" at the center of the blade.

    Looking forward for any help in identifying its age.

      1868 - 1960. Need annual catalogs to narrow it down. Ye gods! Clean that damn paint off! :-)

      found in 1912 catalog. dates at latest 1940
