I got these 12 inch dolls at a yard sale and don't know anything about them. I like them and would like to know who made them and when. If any one can help please email me at johnsond815@yahoo.com. Thank you.
They are Carolers. There should be tags on them. Simpich and Byers are two brands, but your base is not either of them that I can tell.
Thank you for responding, I have looked and also can't find any with the name plact on the base. They all have names and titles like "Joan the Cook", "Ruby the School Teacher", Thaddeus the News Paper Boy" just to name a few. I'll keep trying to find them somewhere. Thanks again for your comments.
