there are partial labels on the bottom of this and i can just make out '1960'. i don't know anything about it, but i do like Alice in Wonderland stuff. any info appreciated!

i just noticed the 'Walt Disney' on the label too.
Made In Japan. She would have originally come with a Timex watch:
