Hi All...
I am looking for some information on what kind of scissors or tool this might be. The scissors are 8" long and the box/crimper on the back of the blade is 1.75" long. They do not have a company mark on them, but the center has writing that I cannot discern. Any information is greatly appreciated.

check through vintage shoe button tools, vintage pin back advertising buttons, I had something similar but slightly more industrial, it crimped over cloth or thin metal to pin backs etc. hope it helps
