1910 Postcard from Japan with a Rooster, Chicken and Chicks

This is a funny postcard - with a rooster, chicken and chicks in front of a beautiful Japanese house alongside a river. This was sent by a Japanese person who wrote perfect English in 1910. it's signed Katashi Tokyo. I think s/he is a professor from what he says.
