Help identifying a Mirror Backed Sideboard

Hi guys,

Was looking through a salvage store and found this. Not sure how old it is but it appears to be solid oak. It comes apart with 2 brass mount fittings. It also has an interesting fitting inside which appears to be a wine carousel but I couldn't be 100% sure.

Its in great condition and I love the detail. I am thinking of getting it for our guest room and was wondering if anyone would be able to give me any information, specifically about age and make.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
