    This is a cloisonne gar this is the biggest one I have I one this in a auction on e bay some years ago .the word cloisonne comes from the French . meaning small compartment. They solder small piece of wire on to a object then fill it with powder our liquid enamel then fire it .rubb it down until smooth .they repeat this process until completely filled in

      It appears to be a Jingfa made piece, probably mid to late 20thC.
