      Hey Shawnicus.

      This looks like a contemporary Ansonia Clock. The Company was re-opened in 1969 under a totally different business entity. In any case, you have a nice looking clock to consider there, just know that it's not an antique.

      Thanks Bruce! Yup well in that made in the 70s isn't antique yet
      ..but an 8 day Westminster chime for that price....seems not too shabby any other

      Good point..."yet". I'm sure it will find a good home with you if you decide to pick it up. Chimers can be high maintenance when the time comes, but I know you take very good care of your collection. Bet it sounds lovely. Enjoy and thanks for sharing with us.
