Traditional Sailors Bosun's Whistles, one is marked with the name of C A Bennett and having looked on the Royal Navy Website I did find a C A Bennett who served during World War 1.
The other is nicely decorated and while Mr Bennett's is an oval for the blowing bulb (my words not an official description) the other is barrel shaped with anchor.
