Butler Brother links for glass with applied flowers

These are the relevant shape links for the vase with frog from the West Virginia Museum monograph of Czech glass from Butler Bros into the 1940s.
The years covered include huge gaps through the 1930s, so more information could easily come to light from the exporting country or importing countries.
The vase I have is at bottom left of the first image.
This group is not known, nor is there clear evidence for any of the associated glass.
Hunches abound and information from a tango exhibition some years ago, but nothing very definite.
