Please help identify these dining chairs! Inherited them from grandparents and would like to keep them around. Believed to have been bought late 60's to early 70's. Tapered cane back with square tapered front legs. Seats have been re-upholstered. Wood has little black speckles all over. My closest guess is maybe they're Hollywood Regency style.........
Tag on the bottom of chairs says distributed by United Furniture Corp in Lexington, N.C. (no other info listed on tags)
I'm considering painting or staining them some but want to verify the exact style/era first.
Any help would be much appreciated!
