I poked around the thrift shop Christmas area looking for something vintage. This pretty trinket box was on the middle shelf, partially hidden by other non-interesting decorations.
There's no damage at all, which is surprising. That little flash of blue seen in two photos is just a reflection of the stove exhaust fan.
The quality is also quite good, and it's rather heavy. Measures 3 inches across and about 2 3/4 inches high, including the lid.
Perhaps TallCakes might know who made this lovely bit of glass.
Thanks for stopping by!
Bonnie
PS - of course, TC knew.... :<))))))
What a beautiful 'gift wrapped' glass box. I am very impressed with your shopping skill talent :)))
Thanks, JImam! I really enjoy snooping through thrift shops and flea markets - if you don't look, you don't find. :-))))
nice gift box... I did see a couple matching noted as Poland and found a round one in the box at Etsy as La Belle from Poland:
