Old floor lamp

This lamp appears to be hand made / hammered. Some type of inlayed stone or other like material used for the floral design. Has elephants and another animal figure (unknown to me). Under the black painted base is a silk cloth type material. This was passed down thru my wife's family. Greek and Hungarian family roots. We have no clue where when or who this lamp came from. We would be most grateful in any help in identifying "anything" about this lamp. Thank you, Kenny
