Boy Scout Stump Patrol Staff / Flag with Camporee First Award 9Ft

This normally isn't my type of purchase, but this staff/banner was so unique I had to have it. It's roughly 9 feet in height and made from a branch and a lacquered slice of a stump.

The words "Stump Patrol Troop 6" are carved into the stump and painted on both sides beneath the thick, glossy lacquer. There's an award attached to the staff from a Camporee.

If there's a specific name for what this is I'd be interested to know, I'm not a BSA collector. Thank you!!
