Just picked this up at the local Sal . It looks like a netting was put over it than dipped or something. Has ribbing on neck ,14" tall and has a heavy bottom. I've been told old glass has an oily feel to it when rubbed? Dont know about that but it is pretty and hoping it' s more than just a nic nac from Home Goods . Any ideas? Has diamond shapes all around . Thanks for looking!
