This vase is 14" tall with Japanese man as handles. Beautiful with brilliant color and design. No chips or cracks. I can't find info about it -can you help?

Sorry, i couldn’t find any info on the mark either. I did find one mark for a US importer George Borgfeldt, from the occupied Japan period, which had the same wheel mark as yours, but you mark probably dates from the late 19th century to early 1920’s.
I don’t know f you knew this but the word “NIPPON” means JAPAN, however the companies that became part of the Noritake group kinda adopted the NIPPON name as their own, so you won’t find your mark on any Nippon collector’s websites. It was required to have the country of origin , I think in 1890, so Nippon was used, then later was changed to Japan
It is beautiful, and needs some more research, if you live near town with a museum, if there’s a ceramics curator, you might try contacting them
