I picked this one up for my mom and gave it to her with some fall-themed flowers in it.

The vase is hand-blown and reminds me of a hazy, soft blue day.

It's not signed, but I was wondering if it would be possible to figure out who made it or where it came from?

Nice vase SB, very prettily made.
Looking at the pontil break I would say it's a studio piece and likely to be American made, just because export items would not leave a break like that. I know little about American glass so can't help more.
