I purchased this cast iron wood stove through craigslist. I restored it (and made the silver accents black) but was unable to figure out which model it is. NOTE: I included a before photo as well.

There are no markings on it except the words "PARLOR STOVE" written across the back. I thought it might be one of the "Made in taiwan" versions but I can't find any of those that look quite like this. Could it be original?

If so, any idea who made it or how old it might be?

More details: The window is made of mica. It has knobs on the front rather than slots like what I've seen in pictures of similar stoves. The flue connector has transitions from oval to round, which I didn't see on other pictures online.

Not sure if I'm over-thinking this or if it perhaps from another time than the Taiwanese ones. Thank you!

Sorry - I don't know why those pictures posted upside down.

It is from China. I bought one just like it in 2001. The dead giveaway is the spinning air controls. The older stoves were made by Washington Stove Works in Everett, WA, and had slider air dampers. Good news is that you have a great reproduction!

I have the exact same wood burner, on the back panel has Parlor Stove Taiwan on it
