Cobalt Blue Advertising Glasses - Libbeys?

As usual, I can't resist cobalt blue glass. A couple of fairly small glasses. I've been looking them up and they seem very common in the USA, so I was hoping some of our American friends on here could confirm that they are made by Libbey, and how old they may be. They are very nicely made, and feel good to the touch.
