I enjoy photographing art glass because it gives me a chance to pay attention to the pieces I am about to photograph. I love how the shapes and colours of the Loetz Rusticana pieces (1899) strike a great relationship with the Orient and Flume piece (1976) that I recently purchased.

I used to like photography back in the day when I purchased my Pentax K-1000 SLR camera in the 1970's. I took nature, kids, animals pic and entered contests and have won provincial awards. Then I also like collecting. So the perfect thing for me is now PHOTOGRAPHING my STUFF as it just give it a whole new life and new story to be told. These 2 hobbies combines are the CAT"S Meow for me....LOL
Mind you Mac -- your pictures DO " Speak a 1000 words " as they are stunning pics!! ( EH ?)
