I just found these while cleaning out a closet - pair of size 10 skates. Marked on each one Genuine Acme Club & The Starr Mfg Co Halifax Canada.
I can't imagine wearing them, they are very heavy and also too big for me.

The company produced skates from 1860 till 1930 this looks like an early design pre 1900 amazing !
