    This is a Charger or platter. 13" across. I'm pretty sure it's not Candlewick, the 'dots' on the edge aren't full on round dots. And as you can see, the dots kind of stretch out horizontally as the plate gets larger-almost like they are stretched..

    I've had this forever, and can't seem to find out who made it.

      I think more a standard torte plate. I have a stack of them averaging 13". Tho' compared to a 16"-18" punch under plate, which may be used as a torte tray, this one might be considered small...
