1937/8 Ingersoll Mickey Mouse Lapel watch with original beaded Mickey button cord which is harder to find than the watch itself, wonderful Mickey decal on back, Note, the Mickey fob is only shown in the far left two photos.

Now I going to blush, lol. Do you have the boxing for these "Lapel" watches?
Unfortunately I don't. Also the watch will need some repair work as well.
Vonsboy, a pull to set "Ensign" model Ingersoll has the same style movement, if looking for a donor parts
The "Cord" style appears same but the shafts for hands is larger.
Kerry, I know a watch smith who specializes in repairing the Ingersolls so I think I'm ok (when I can work it into my budget!) but I'll certainly remember the tip! At some point I hope to find the Mickey button cord for it, and of course the box.
The box will be easier than the button, I have one on retractable chain, but not the leather fob. Good luck on the search

I am loving this lapel watch Vonsboy and yes it was probably my mum bidding earlier. Some of us have to work today but I know she had her eye on a christmas prezzie for me so presume i'm just going to get a satsuma instead now ha ha.

watch itself was quite nice. Someone got a very good deal.
Very nice watch to add to your collection . I have 2 of them with the mickey cord, 1 is about 3\4" and 1 is about 1\2" in diameter with the same mickey in the button and the smaller one has a red cord the other is a black cord. the 3rd one I have has the black button and cord like yours, all in the boxes.

Yes they did and mum is annoyed at not trying harder ha ha but it's not always meant to be. I feel we should bring back Lapel and Pocket watches coz they are soooo fabulous. MM's collection is amazing !!
