I ventured out of my comfort zone last week. I bought two vases that I believe to be old - possibly Victorian. Both have some minor damage but I like them anyway.
This is the first one: It is 12 inches tall and has a lovely pinkish/reddish colour. Trumpet vase?

Victorian ... or Venetian I would say. They remind me of these:

.....and to make the color in Cranberry in Glass -- a little Gold is added to achieve the color. Just thought I would mention that. Just an interesting fact to know!!
