This has been waited a couple months to be posted as Christmas decoration starts after Thanksgiving.
These are my favorite type of ornament. They are on the small side which works well as I get a small tree plus they have that concave section in the center. Plus there were 4 bonus ornaments. The seller was asking $e each and I got the lot plus the box for $20.
Very nice and the box is great too!!
You got a great deal on those ornaments. I've been looking (in vain) for some nice vintage ornaments in the thrift shops, but find only junk. :-((((
Oh, these are awesome!!
Thank you very much TassieDevil.
Thank you very much Efesgirl. I think I did well.
And thank you very much Scott.
Thank you

Late '40s? Early '50s? They sure bring back memories of my grammar school days at home in Chicago!! Nice to see them again! Thanks! Lois
The metal pieces that top them may hold clues (i.e. West Germany). Also, if under the metal piece it is snapped off, rather than a rounded cut, they may be a bit older (albeit could still be machine-blown).
Love these vintage baubles. Hard to find these days.
Thank you very much PostCardCollector. All I can do is guess on these and 1940s and 50s sounds about right.

Thank you very much SpiritBear. They do have the metal caps. When buying vintage glass ornaments they have to have those. Can't check them right now as I have a cat on my lap and he is playing the purring card. Could be Western Germany (before West Germany). They did make a lot of decorations.
Thank you very much racer4four. Good ones like these are not common.
Thank you

Spirit Bear they appear to have been cut or snapped under the metal caps.
