HI we have here i believe Loetz orange cased in clear with cobalt blue prunts & cobalt blue threadings plus foot applied
height 5 inches width at rim 4 1/2
piccy taken sunrise today in Newcastle British Isles
I wish I knew more about Tango style glass to make a comment one way or the other. However - great picture!
Although others more well versed in Loetz than I am may confirm or deny it, this appears to me to be an example of Loetz Ausführung 166, which is found in a variety of different color combinations. It is typified by having threads and prunts like this piece has. I could not locate your exact shape.

I was going to post a similar vase but with a different foot and colour as a Loetz Aus .166 too.
I identified it as Loetz, based on the website welzebub has mentioned above.
