Hello Fellow Collectors & Visitors. This Alarm clock is from the first story line of Nobby. Note for those that don't know this character, Noddy is a fictional character created by English children's author Enid Blyton, originally published between 1949 and 1963. Television shows based on the character have run on British television since 1955.
This mechanical alarm clock has an "Animated" feature where Nobby's(small boy in corner) head rocks to and fro as the seconds click off. Produced by Smiths in Great Britain, circa 1958.
    Thanks for looking
    Kerry

I always loved Noddy as a kid. Nice to see Big ears there up to his tricks, and Tessie Bear is probably tut tutting in the background.

It's always a great pleasure to see one of your animated clocks Kerry and of course your numerous animated watches. I have learned much about timepieces and thank you for taking the time to share your information!!
