It's a gorgeous, sumptuous even. CW does not permit appraisals. Have you done any online research?

You may know this already, but there are links on this page to current eBay auctions. The dollar value you see below each item relates to the current auction bid, and is not a purchase price.
Welcome to CW.
If you do a google image search on gilded Nippon plate, I think you'll find a comparison.
Your mark dates to 1891-1910 period. I don’t know if you knew this but the word “NIPPON” means Japan, and many old 19th century pieces had that word marked on them , however Noritake, as US importer adopted the name “Nippon’ as their own, meaning that if a Nippon piece wasn’t made in one of the factories working for Noritake, Nippon collectors were not as interested. Fortunately you piece is, however the market is flooded with similar pieces, so it has to be something exceptional to be of much value. The raised relief gold decoration is often referred to as moriage work, and your piece is quite beautiful. Hope that helps
Thank you Gillian for the links and for the welcome! did not know there were links to e-bay auctions on here.
Thank you maryh1956, I did not know plate was that old. I appreciate the information you provided greatly!
