This etching was discovered at an antique swap meet in Italy a month ago.
It is a fine aquatint (the photo came out grainy but it is a quality aquatint).
Etching Plate Size (image area) 5.75" x 7.5"
I am curious about who the artist might be and wondering if anyone out there recognizes the image or signature.
