My fiancé had found these two items on the beach here in Sturgeon Bay, WI. I have tried looking up information about the belt buckle but have not come up with much. Any information is appreciated. Thank You

      Interesting.
The key ring has something stamped on the bottom edge but it's too small to read in the photo. The belt buckle is beautiful and looks to be pewter. The symbol on the belt buckle looks to be the Great Shield of the United States, circa 1904. You can compare your buckle to the image here. Scroll down to 1904:

Are you sure it's a key-ring and not a pull-tab from a can of some liquid?

Yeah- #2 is a magnifying glass. The glass is still there. The thumb notch is to pull it out.

The seal of the US is also on the back of the buckle. Must have been sold as souvenir at some US monument. I believe it's brass (bronce), not pewter. Pewter is too soft for a belt buckle.
